It runs pretty big. Thinking about re-ordering for a smaller size. Had the 38, might get the 37 or even 36. Its more of a square on the point giving your toes lots of room and also good for those with wide feet. The ankle strap also runs large. I'll probably take a needle and make a custom size hole but it will at least have enough strap to fit any larger ankles. Other than size, I love the design and it goes very well with my dress.
