I have used his payment plan twice now. Once when I wanted to get several items and the time was for an item that is no sold on this website and Angela was nice enough to get for me and allow me to pay for it on lolita wardrobe's payment plan option. That is 5 star treatment!! She was also nice to adjust the price when I noticed an item was on sale on the Taobao store to adjust my payment to the new price. Communication as always was wonderful I would use this option again in the future
